Squats up to 230 lbs (Two 45’s & a 5) Up 17% from 190 lbs
Calf Raises up to 325 lbs (Four 45’s & a 5) Up 20% from 270 lbs
Leg Extensions to 35 lbs (One 35) Up 40% from 25 lbs
Hamstring Curls to 110 lbs (Machine) Up 10% from 100 lbs

Core
Machine Crunches to 55 lbs (45 & a 10) Up 22% from 45 lbs
Sit ups to 50 Up 250% from 20

Arms/Chest
Bench Press to 125 lbs (35 & a 5) Up 8% from 115 lbs
Lat Pull-Downs to 110 lbs (Machine) Up 10% from 100 lbs
Triceps Push Downs to 70 lbs (Machine) Up 16% from 60 lbs
